The Podere (also known as the "House of the Wind") has been in our family for over 30 years. My grandfather, Alfonso Hüppi, fell in love with this estate, and it became a creative sanctuary where he and his sons, Thaddäus and Johannes Hüppi, spent many weeks dedicated to their art.

In 2022, the house was completely renovated: we installed a new kitchen, repainted both the interior and exterior, refreshed the bathroom, restored the original doors, and refined many small details.

This peaceful Podere (Italian for farmhouse) with its breathtaking panoramic views is waiting for your visit! This location is perfect for nature lovers who appreciate the wilder side of the countryside, those seeking an escape from the stress of everyday life, and anyone who values a touch of artistic history.

The Space

• Bedroom 1: Double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers.

• Bedroom 2: Two twin beds, clothes rack, sink, and chest of drawers.

• Kitchen & Living Area: Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sofa, and a cozy fireplace.

• Bathroom: Equipped with both a shower and a bathtub, plus WC.

• Terrace: Stunning panoramic views, outdoor furniture, and a sun umbrella.

• Laundry Room: Includes a washing machine.

Pricing & Details

The Podere is available for rent starting mid-May 2026, with a minimum stay of 5 days. Check-in is handled by a local hostess or via a secure key box.

Low Season (May, June, September)

€90 per day (for 2–4 persons)

High Season (July, August)

€120 per day (for 2–4 persons)

Cleaning Fee

€50 (one-time fee)

Stay Longer, Save More: We offer a special discount for any rental lasting longer than 7 days.

Payment: A 10% deposit is required after booking. The remaining balance can be paid via bank transfer or in cash upon arrival.
